Linger

I finished reading Linger last night. Oh my. I loved it. It was such a good book. I love the way Maggie has the different character point of views. I think that it keeps the book interesting and definitely fresh. In one page you are getting Cole's thought and then you get Isabel's thoughts...I think that is FABULOUS.

I also like how there is always a musical element to Maggie's book. I can't wait for forever.

I went to the book signing at Kepler's in the Bay Area and she is absolutely hilarious. I love her personality. I told her I wrote a song inspired by Shiver called Winter Love and she said she remembered me telling her.  EEEK...I wonder if she just said that to be nice. hehe.  Either way...at least now she knows. I heart her books. Especially the homicidal fairy books.

When I first started this journey, Twilight was still indie...then it exploded into our Burger Kings and water bottles. I don't mind, but it is nostalgic to think of how it all began.

I remember emailing all the Twilight fansites about my music. And most of them ignored me. I just wanted to share my music. Beautiful Creatures

Since I started reading Twilight I have not stopped reading.  I am now discovering other books and stories that fascinate me and naturally I am inspired by those stories as well. I have written songs about other books I have read and one of them is Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl.  I was really taken into the story and the world they presented to us.

Naturally I wrote a song to it and I hope you like it.
